Expert exercise advice for every woman, everywhere.
We’re breaking down barriers to accessing women’s health exercise physiology by offering virtual and telehealth consultations that fit into real life. Whether you’re juggling work, motherhood or living remotely, our online Exercise Physiology services provide personalised programs and expert support - all from the comfort of your home.
Real guidance, real results, no matter where you are.
Less than half of Australian women aged 16–64 are getting enough movement each week and only about one in four are completing regular strength training at least twice a week. Many women, especially mothers, say their inactivity comes down to lack of time and the guilt that comes with putting themselves first.
At our online Exercise Physiology clinic, we’re passionate about improving women’s health through movement that fits into real life. Our virtual and telehealth Exercise Physiology services are designed to help women feel confident, strong and supported. We believe making yourself a priority isn’t selfish; it’s an investment in your wellbeing and your family’s future. Our mission is to empower women to prioritise both their physical and mental health by putting regular physical activity back at the top of their to-do list.

Defence Partners
As a proud Defence spouse, Kirsty knows first hand how challenging it can be moving from place to place and having to start over with new health practitioners at every posting. That’s why she’s passionate about making Exercise Physiology more accessible for Defence partners and families through telehealth and online programs.
With virtual Exercise Physiology consultations, you can stay connected with a practitioner who truly understands Defence life - no matter where you’re posted. It’s consistent, expert support for your health and wellbeing, wherever Defence life takes you.
Movement Education
We love helping people understand how their bodies move so they can prevent injury, manage chronic conditions and improve strength and function in daily life. Through our online and telehealth Exercise Physiology services, we support clients in building confidence, body awareness and long-term movement habits that enhance their health and wellbeing.
Nothing makes us happier than seeing that lightbulb moment when someone masters a movement pattern or feels their body working the way it’s meant to. It’s all about moving smarter, not harder - and our virtual Exercise Physiology programs are here to guide you every step of the way.
